In the article "An easy fish recipe to help our heart," Gragg states that when people eat more fish, it is good for your health. Eating fish will reduce the risk of heart disease. Especially, women who eat fish several times a month will prevent the death. Also, fish will give you the food fats.


In my country, people like to eat fish. It is a traditional food at Chinese New Year, because the pronunciation sounds like 'rich'. If people eat it, the next year people will get more rich. Another thing, the elder people want children to eat more fish in April and may. People eat fish at this time; it is a good way to in crease intelligence. We have many tips for cooking fish to make it delicious. Also, i like to eat fish. Fish are low in saturated fat. For girls want to lose weight, fish is good food for them to eat. However, when I came to America, I had no chance to eat fish. Maybe it is a reason that American people have a high risk of heart disease. My uncles like fishing, but I do not like it. Fishing need people to pay a lot of attention, and people need to sit for hours, I cannot do that.
